Layan Gardens: Previous Developments

The key Layan Gardens team members have been active and successful in the Phuket property market for many years and have designed, sold and built several very successful and sought after ‘gated communities’ as well as bespoke individual houses, hotels and resorts, restaurants and pubs and also an office complex and shopping centre.

Most recently several of them have been involved in the prestigious Lakeshore Villas (17 homes), the adjacent Lakewood Hills estate (19 large villas), the Plaza Del Mar office and showroom centre and several large, individual homes built around the Laguna Phuket Golf Course.

Their residential ‘gated communities’ in the Laguna/Layan area stand out as fine examples of modern tropical architecture built to a design and standard that exemplifies quality and practicality. All their undertakings have been completed on time and have returned superb resale values to those few owners that have sold their homes after completion. The land was purchased for Layan Gardens in late 2002 but the company waited to commence on their latest development until they had finished their outstanding projects in order to devote maximum time and effort to making it a success. Pre-sales of Layan Gardens commenced in mid October 2004, with land clearance of the site and the building of the sales and administration offices in November 2004 and the homes in January 2005. Completion of the entire development including the homes, the common areas and facilities and the landscaping will be in September 2006.
