All wiring to be concealed and to be run in approved PVC conduit. Earth wires to be run to all electrical outlets & hardwired components and to terminate at an approved earth spike installed in isolation from the building structure.
Switchplates, switches, dimmers, 3 pin sockets to be from the Clipsal range.
Plumbing
Hot water to be reticulated in copper pipe from water heater located in the Laundry to beds 2 & 3 en-suites, kitchen, powder room, maid room & laundry fittings.
Install a separate system for the bedroom 1 en-suite.
Cold water supply to be in copper pipe.
Airconditioning
To be concealed split systems with ducting as required.
Provide independent systems for:
Bedroom 1 / change room.
Living / dining / passage.
Bedroom 2.
Bedroom 3.
IT
Provide 2 independent telephone lines, satellite & local aerial TV cables.
Waste treatment
All grey & black water to be piped by gravity feed to a two-chamber individual sewerage treatment tank installed for the sole use by one household unit.
Overflows to be collected & used for common area irrigation.
