Transfer fees and stamp duty fees are to be paid, which are around U$ 5,000. Annual estate management fees are U$ 2,500 per villa and there will be an advance for the running cost of the villa for electricity, water and gas. Villa insurance can be quoted separately and is at the buyer's discretion. |

We happily assist you with the maintenance and cleaning of your villa. The payments of the running cost (laundry, electricity, water, gas, insurance, road tax & insurance for vehicles, salaries for staff etc.) On top of that we can assist you in getting qualified people to rent your villa if you wish at an agreed percentage. |
