About Us

The developers all live in Phuket, in the vicinity of Sai Taan. Following successful careers in the worlds of entertainment & technology the three principles relocated from major business centres round Asia to upgrade quality of life, spend time with family, but maintain a finger on the pulse of business round the region - Phuket is an ideal location.

Having enjoyed the Phuket lifestyle for the past two years, the developers moved to make this lifestyle available to a broader community, by employing an international architect, based in Hong Kong, responsible for the design of several beautiful homes round the island. His brief was to combine the function of a modern home with maximum use of open living afforded by Phuket’s tropical climate. The result speaks for itself.

To bring the design to life the developers have called in a well known Phuket builder, who is himself a developer in the south of Phuket with many beautiful houses and developments successfully completed.

Demonstrating their commitment to Phuket, and the development, the developers have not only purchased the free hold title (chanote) to the land outright, but they have also committed to building out the entire project.
