The construction of the development commenced in late 2005 for completion in 2007. The garden areas will be tropically landscaped with facilities to include a free form swimming pool with jacuzzi, a swim up bar serving light refreshments and a spa centre to relax and be pampered. Underground parking will ensure a tranquil enviroment for residents.
