The apartments are designed and finished to highest Western standards, with finishing overseen by a team skilled and experenced craftsmen.

Floors Ceramic tiles with cut stone skirtings and borders
Walls Interior walls are constructed of a double skin of lightweight insulating block , finished with rendered plaster and painted with highest quality paints.
Ceilings Suspended gypsum board painted ceilings.
Doors Entrance doors are of solid hardwood frames using imported hardware. Interior doors are custom built hardwood frames with high quality fixing and sliding mechanisms. Both sliding and swing are in a contemporary Japanese style.
Terrace doors and windows Powder coated aluminium framed doors to terraces and windows.
Woodwork Factory manufactured and pre-assembled, built-in wardrobes, of treated hardwood framing, with high quality fittings and accessories.

Bathrooms

Beautifully innovative and well designed bathrooms, including luxury double outlet shower areas with 300mm rain shower heads, separate W.C.area, latest technology Jacuzzi tubs, and washing twin sinks, all of the best available materials.
Kitchen Highest quality factory constructed fitted kitchens, with granite worktops. Stainless steel washing and cooking surface. The latest electric and gas cooking stoves, with island style extractor hood, built in microwave, optional built in oven and dishwasher, full size stand up fridge freezer.
Air-conditioning Individual split type units, with ultra discreet fan coil units, concealed in ceiling voids with insulated air ducting and twin outlet air supply slots, all controlled by infrared remote controls. Condenser units are remotely located in well ventilated areas and are noise free.
Ventilation Exhaust fans provided to all kitchens and bathrooms. All balcony doors and windows can open to provide a full flow of fresh air. Naturally aspirated vent blocks through front and back walls, with brushed aluminum grills and insect screens, let the apartments breath when not occupied for longer periods of time.
Electrical, Data, Telephone and Television Electrical wiring, power outlets and switches throughout units, are protected by 30m/a RCCB automatic power cut fault detectors, for ultimate safety. Well located telephone, satellite TV, and Internet data outlets throughout. Most areas have halogen down lighting, with indirect rope lighting to the bathrooms and bedroom ceilings.

Landscaping

Common areas are being landscaped to preserve and enhance the sites natural tropical characteristics maintaining trees and rocks, and interspersing water features into the hard landscaping.

Doors Swimming pool The communal pool on the lower deck is situated overlooking the bay, and combines a relaxtion pool with infinity edge and a 18 meter lap pool for the more energetic. Creatively designed to provide privacy and comfort, and landscaped to blend in naturally with the surrounding environment.
Water supply The main underground re-inforced concrete tank will contain a fifteen day water storage capacity for domestic and fire protection. There are three independent sources for water supply:
  1. An artesian well.
  2. A purpose built rain water catchment area on the roof.
  3. Tanker delivery from local reservoirs.

The water collected from these sources is filtered and sanitized, then supplied throughout the building by a constant pressure pumping system.

Sewage water Soiled water will be treated in a common treatment plant.
Storm drainage The independent site and parking drainage system will harmonize with the landscaping.
Fire protection Dry powder canisters are supplied to all apartments and are located at designated strategic positions throughout the development.
Electrical Underground reticulation from the mains transformer supplies the mains distribution panel housed in a purpose built utilities room. From here domestic power is supplied to each apartments load center at 220 volts.
Telephone Each apartment will have its own outside line.
Television A central dish collector will be provided for the development giving access to commonly available media services in Phuket.
Services Maintenance engineering will be carried out through a scheduled preventive maintenance programme for all common area equipments and systems. House keeping office, storage and refuse collection facilities.
