Evironmental sensitivity and landscaping have been developed to
maximise the natural surroundings and minimise development impact. Project infrastructure controls
include security, roads, drainage, waste management and each
property collecting and re-using its own storm
water.
A separate company is being established to professionally manage The Estate and will appoint a resident manager to run the day to day
operations. The Estate Management Company will provide
maintenance for communal areas, with a monthly fee calculated
to cover all communal expenses. There will also be a sinking
fund established to provide for maintenance / upgrading of
project infrastructure.
